Our Administration Team

Our Administration Team is made up up 3 full time staff:

Lynn Buckley, Sarah Holley & Avril Dickson all of whom have vast experience in customer service and have been with the ANIMAL CARE HOSPITAL for many years. At reception they deal with many enquiries both face to face and over the phone. They are responsible for co-ordinating the appointments, surgery bookings and patient admissions, making sure that your visit is smooth and trouble free. They are also delighted to deal with any enquiries you may have regarding the best care of your pet. They also, together with our nursing team,  deal with admissions to and management of our cattery.
Our administration team regularily attend courses in pet care and management together with veterinary lectures to help develop their knowledge. When there is free time they help the nurses with the care of in-patients.  Our administration team will also advise you in regard to pet insurance choices and in processing any claims you may have for your pet.  Above all they are here to deal with your concerns in a well informed and efficent manner from your first contact with us.

Lynn Buckley

Lynn has been with the Animal Care Hospital for nearly 3 years as part of the administrative team.  She has the major role of pharmaceutical stock control, ensuring we always have all the necessary drugs for treating our clients’ pets.  Lynn is very dedicated to the rescue and care of sick and injured wildlife. Prior to working at the Animal Care Hospital Lynn managed a pet store for several years and has a great knowledge of exotics and small animals. She has numerous pets (way to many to list!) including dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, ferrets & even a resident hedgehog (“Fluffy”).

Sarah Holley

Sarah joined the Animal Care Hospital team in 2006 as part of the administrative team.  She has the important task of dealing with all the practice correspondence and along with Lynn manages the reception.  She enjoys the challenge of part-time studying while in full time employment.  Last year Sarah completed a course on Animal Welfare at St. Johns College and is currently studying from home to qualify as a Veterinary Assistant.  Sarah grew up around dogs and horses and now owns 3 cats called Sid, Bennie and Jack.
